If they heard from you once a month or once a week, chances are good that you’ll get a simple chance to touch base with them, suggest some products or services, and give them some FREE advice!

If you take some time to write or produce some free advice-based content – something that adds value to your customer’s lives – you’ll find yourself building that relationship. Then – when they need you – they know where to go. When their friend needs you – you’ll be the LAST PERSON IN YOUR FIELD they communicated with – which means you are first in their hearts and minds. That’s a win.
